• Acting senior Resident on call responsible to specialist.

• Supervision of labour and Gyn ward.

• Shoulder Dystocia.

• Manual Removal of placenta.

• Repeat C/S.

• Cover for difficult cases in labour like : shoulder dystocia, mid vacuum extraction mid forceps delivery, difficult breech delivery repair of genital tract laceration (cervical, third and fourth degree laceration), difficulties with 2 nd twin, manual removal of placenta inversion of uterus.
